We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We were a family of four, but the staff gave us rooms on different floors — one on the 1st floor and another on the 2nd floor. Later, due to a broken tap in the 2nd-floor room, we were shifted again to the 3rd floor. The 3rd-floor room had only one towel and even a lizard near the basin. The next morning, there was no water supply at all — neither for the toilet nor for bathing. When we called the reception, they said there was a problem with the water tank and they were not sure how long it would take to fix it. Meanwhile, they gave us just one bucket of water for two people and only after we called them again did they provide a second bucket which came after 15–20 minutes. This caused a huge delay in our travel schedule. The lift was also not working, which made it very difficult for my aged parents to climb to the 3rd floor. The rooms were small and congested, and the staff was uncooperative and rude. When we checked out, they even delayed by another 15–20 minutes in moving our luggage to the car because their staff was busy with other work. We had booked the stay for two days but decided to check out that same morning itself after experiencing these terrible conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or well-managed stay.

All good, nice stay, nice location, The hotel js on a very good location. Every place is quite accessible from the hotel even the market area. Staff were ever-helping in nature. I booked this hotel based on the rating given online. All good need to maintain some hygiene and look forward to maintain cleanliness.

service was good and very friendly nice well day spend in hotel mint Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Amazing hotel with really beautiful interior and clean rooms. I have enjoyed a free breakfast meal with my stay here. Gonna be back here soon on my next visit at Indore. Hotel Mint will surely going to be my first priority for stays. #indore is love.

I stayed here for 5 to 6 days in the premium room, very spacious & as per latest designs. Bathroom was kept well too. Staff is very polite, breakfast could’ve been a little more elaborate. Overall would stay again when in Indore & recommend the property for lux-budget stay

I stayed at Aceotel Xpress Mint Scheme 114 at Indore while visiting Ujjain mahakal jyotirlinga and Omkar Eshwar jyotirling. Both were 54 kms & 107 kms (one way) drive from the hotel. I used to feel so relaxed and cozy once I used to return after a long ride and tiresome day. I think it was my one of the best hotel experience in a 3star hotel. Totally worth every penny
