Overall services was good, breakfast was good except having daily idli and chutneys. Room service was very prompt and co- operating staff. Was in good distance from HDC4 Accenture office.

Only positive is that this close to consulate. Not worth for the price rooms are not clean and service was horrible , I got a wet blanket out of the washer/ dryer . Fully wet. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. The bathroom was too small, and we did not get hot water throughout our stay. There was also extremely low water pressure in both the washbasin tap and the shower, making it very inconvenient. Despite raising these issues with the management, no action was taken. Additionally, we had requested a wake-up call at 5:45 AM, but the hotel failed to provide it, which caused further inconvenience to our schedule. Overall, the service was below expectations, and we hope the management takes necessary steps to improve guest experience going forward.

The room they allotted for us was a suite and it had 2 phones, none of which worked. We complained, they sent a guy, nothing happened. The dining was from a very limited menu and the staff seemed like they were being forced to work. None of them greeted me or my guests on entry or exit or even while serving the food. And the breakfast was was actually pathetic. I never write these bad reviews, but the service and staff was not that great if i want to put it nicely. They didn’t have an extra bedframe in the room even though i already specified that i had 3 guests so i needed an extra bed. They laid the bed on the floor. Ridiculous!

All the basic amenities were provided, the hotel was clean and was cleaned regularly, the food was really good, and the interior, both in our room and the other areas of the hotel were amazing.

4. For complementary water bottle, guest has to ask.. Otherwise no water.
5. For regular water, one facility available at reception and guest has to come down to fetch water from their.

hotel was extremely convenient for my consulate appointment, rooms were clean and all facilities were provided. TV had all OTT access and made life so much easier. Room service was excellent and breakfast was ample. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. 5 Stars!
