We had a wonderful stay at Sky Imperial Hotel Kailash. The property is spotless and very comfortable, but the service is what makes it amazing. The manager, Dharmendra Singh Shekhawat, was incredibly kind and helpful. We felt very well-cared for and will definitely be returning

We were 2 family couples making total 4 and we stayed for 1 night/2 days over the hotel. Hotel looks great and good from outside however not inside mainly in the reception. I talked with General Manager (Umesh Kumar Thakur) ,who was in charge of the hotel, to keep the place perfumed and clean in the reception area. The toilet in reception area smelt very bad since they had no soap in the dispenser. The manager did what we requested however he was not happy from inside. The next day was check out day and we asked for billing. We had some mis-understandings in the billing and we asked some questions regarding the same. All of sudden, the manager in charge was rude, loud, horrible and with pressure. He made very awkward environment in the lobby and ruined our holiday.

If you want to stay here please do it with dinnner as well as breakfast....what a tasty food they serve ... its fab!!!!! Reasonable pricing... coooperative staff always ready to serve, soft spoken ....

Room was very comfortable, staff behaviour is good but the bathroom amenities was not there also teach cattle is not cleaned (use emeral), especially more improvement need to engineering team like (Fan remote, wc flush, telephone) these all are not working, front desk team is very polite, I forget the name otherwise I mention thank u Housekeeping for everything....#413 Thank u 😊

Very nice hotel, can recommend to all coming this way. Friendly staff and good food. Rooms are very nice and so are room services. Information thats needed they give straight and accurate. Very best hotel for sure. For business trips is highly recommended
我预订的这家酒店简直是个骗局！当我抵达办理入住时，这家所谓的酒店简直就是个建筑工地。我查看了房间，天花板和走廊上都垂着电线。几十名工人正在忙着刷漆、擦洗、打扫卫生和喝茶。到处都是灰尘。我拒绝入住，并要求退款。一个肥胖、看起来鬼鬼祟祟的经理向我保证，他会全额退款到我通过 Trip.com 预订的网站。然而，尽管我多次给预订网站发邮件，并直接打电话给酒店，这笔钱却从未到账。大家千万别住这家店！
