I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good in taste and freshly prepared, which was a nice start to the day. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, and overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Housekeeping was regular and efficient. The staff members were polite, helpful, and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay more enjoyable. The location is a big advantage, as the hotel is just about 500 meters from Banaras Railway Station, making it very convenient for travelers. Overall, this hotel offers good service, cleanliness, and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to families, couples, and solo travelers visiting Varanasi.

Do not book this property. We booked seeing the reviews and pictures. We were looking for hotel within 4-5 km from temple hence this was only available options as others were sold out. Rooms are pathetically bad , washrooms are very small. One towel and one water bottle they provide.we paid 9000 for three nights which is too high seeing there standard. Breakfast is equally bad and never on time. Instead of 8 complete breakfast came on the table @9:00 am. Cutlery not washed properly. This is not hotel it’s - lodge. Staff is uneducated and do not know customer service.worst stay of our trip. Also the way to hotel is very narrow and parking is also not great.

Excellent Stay Experience! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety. The AC worked perfectly, and there was 24x7 power backup which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping was commendable. There was ample parking space, and the reception staff was very helpful and polite. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!

I had a very good experience in treebo Raj palace. I had stayed for 2 nights and we decided to extend 1 night which they had given us consetion upto 200 rupees. the staff was super friendly and the food ,, ohoooo so tasty we were late for breakfast but then also they served. The receptionist was very corporative and helpfull. We donot have any problem.

The breakfast is great, I have stayed in all Treebo hotels in Varanasi but I did not find such staff and cleanliness in any other Treebo hotel. The hotel service is excellent, centralized geyser makes this hotel even better. Now my first choice in Varanasi will be Treebo Raj Palace, I have also given reference to this hotel to my company so that our fellow staff can also enjoy good service

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.
