i was LOCKED OUT!

this is an untrustworthy hotel.

i made a reservation a week in advance, fully paid for.

i received an email through ******* from the hotel that they received the reservation and it was confirmed.

i sent the hotel an email through *******, saying my plane would be arriving at 2:30AM, and asking if there would be any problem checking in at that time.

my email was ignored, no response.

i decided to go through with it and hope for the best, since the hotel had a decent rating, and because the hotel info stated "check in any time".

i arrived, took a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, passed the hotel several times because all the lights in front of the hotel were off, there were no signs and no lighting to show where the hotel was, it was very un-welcoming.

when i arrived, there was a padlock on the front gate, there was no way to open it, there was no sign on how to reach a hotel attendant.

i knocked on the gate, and the taxi driver also knocked on the gate and shouted inside to try to get attention, but no one came.

i was very disappointed in this hotel - they received my money, they had a fully paid for reservation, i emailed them to let them know i'd be checking in late at night, yet, i was shut out from my reservation and had to take another taxi ride to find another hotel at the last minute.

a hotel this irresponsible should not be on *******.

Hotel staff is responsive. They are available all the time. Hotel washroom is also clean. They are also providing dental kit, shampoo and bath soap which is also good.

Beds and sheets were clean and rooms were well maintained. It's a newly constructed property. Has a liquor store on the ground floor with a range of available brands and spirits.

Stay was wonderful...we reached banglore at odd hrs & our connecting flight also got delayed, they were kind enough to arrange a check in for us at around 3am. Its a nice property👍

Near to Airport, clean hotel, with all the facility like Smart TV, AC, Water Bottle, 24 Hours Reception Staff, its just 30 Minutes away from airport, and close to Aero Space tech park just 15 minutes away.. I will defiantly stay next time here.. thanks to all for good service..
