The hotel was very clean walls are paper thin but that was ok the only thing I don't understand and its not the first hotel that I been that do not have fans in the bathroom. I truly do not understand. But other than that no complaints.

Still haven’t received my deposits back. Very unprofessional of the company. The merchant even faked as if she went and the computer and double checked to verify and confirm i will receive a deposit return.

Very nice hotel. Modern rooms with plenty of space. Can be busy at times. Dining area had plenty of seating and the lobby has an ok bar and a comfortable sitting area. Loved the breakfast selection.

Left stranded with nowhere to stay.
Booked and paid for the room, but when I got there, they did not have a room available for me. I was stranded 2-hours from home with nowhere to stay. Had to drive all the way home just to come back to Bham the next morning for the tournament we were there for. Will not ever book there again.

我当时是去参加岳母的葬礼，预订了一间双人床房，但入住时双人床房已经没有了，取而代之的是一间特大号床房。后来值班经理给我加了一张折叠床，这张床占了房间大部分空间，导致在房间里活动非常不便。
