The stay at this hotel was a good one. Decent room size n decent cleanliness. I just felt they were low on *** power as the house keeping uncle was the one getting the food as well me personally felt it as an hygiene issue. Talking about the food it takes minimum one hour for the room service to arrive, portion size is ok just for one and if your spice tolerance isn’t great do not forget to ask for less spicy. Overall its a good location

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steam! The hotel itself is very good - clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. But what made our experience truly memorable was the amazing service by the staff at the reception. They were extremely helpful and cooperative throughout. We had booked two rooms for our family, and they even upgraded our rooms to a better one on the same floor without charging anything extra. Such hospitality is rare to find. Highly recommend this hotel and a big thanks to the team for making our stay so smooth and pleasant!

"I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. The food was amazing - I asked them to go easy on the oil and spices, and they nailed it. Big thumbs up to the whole team of HOTEL STEAM for being so helpful and getting the food to me on time. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Kolkata next!"

Great Experience.. Real Budget Friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and the Bathrooms hygiene was maintained properly. Great Staff from the reception to room service. Kudos to Mr. Sandeep for an outstanding service. Last but not the leat the food was great and the Veg Pulao and Paneer Dish(don’t remember the exact name)served was wonderful. Great Job 👌
