The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything.

The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes.

The house is a little difficult to find and the guard at the gated community does not know anything, so be sure to have the caretaker of the home meet you at the gate.

You will require transportation to and from the suite but it's close enough to the local beaches. I would suggest you charter a driver to get you back and forth for the time you are there. Though not cheap, it's worth spending the money. Miguel (owner) can help you with that. My charter driver Ramone was super helpful and i had no problem reaching him when i requested his services.

I would definitely stay at this property again. I would give it a score of 8.5 out 10.

The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints.

Number one stunner for rooftop views. Hands down in my opinion. Everything was accommodated perfectly for my stay. I never had any issues asking for clarity, how to get around, and there was staff close by at anytime I needed anything. The communication couldn’t have been better. I went to rest and relax and it was an amazing experience. I was checked in on yet not intrusive in the least. I stayed in the offseason. I’d say when other rooms are booked in busier seasons it would be so much fun to interact and hang out. Either way you would be able to have a luxury staycation, villa community, all the way to all of Jamaica, from here. Will be back!

This place is very clean. The people are extremely nice and helpful. The owner very responsive and helped us every step of the way. Was a bit far from town so you need transportation. We where set up with a local guy who was very responsive and took us anywhere we wanted to go.

The rooftop pool was very unique. The property owner was responsive and thoughtfull. The property was well maintained, very up to date. We will definitely be booking again shortly!!
