订房图片货不对版,订房信息上面写的33平,入住发现也就十几平,不是一般的小。洗澡水洗一半就凉,每天都这样。早餐也没啥吃的,很多都是凉的。我看这酒店大部分都是中国人,是不是携程导流过去的。这酒店也就剩环境还稍微好点,位置已经出了阿斯旺主城,在郊区的新城,我自驾开车还好点,但到市区开车也要30几分钟,晚上过了6点天黑了开车回酒店路上没灯,对向很多开远光的,还是有点危险
先不谈早餐口味不佳、浴室地漏堵塞、熨斗漏水,以及沐浴露稀得像水(酒店解释称这是“来自自然的”,但同行人房间的却明显更为浓稠)这些问题。
作为一家每晚价格约1000元的五钻级酒店,向前台索要瓶装水竟然需要额外收费,这一点已经令人意外。
但真正让人无法接受的,是卫生问题。入住时发现床单上仍清晰残留着上一位住客的痕迹,包括体毛和指甲。向前台反馈后,酒店虽表示会处理,但第二晚床单依然没有更换。
对于一家五钻级酒店而言,这样的基础服务与卫生标准明显不达标,也与其定价和定位严重不符,体验令人非常失望。
甚至这家酒店还有一个名字,在那个名下订一模一样的房型要便宜一半。

2-硬件奇差,房间内部硬件和卫生见图2图3室内类似国内三星,但是收我200美刀一晚
3-服务近乎于没有,check in只有1-2个人,要排大队;room service点了四个菜俩unavailable,换了一个之后又说unavailable,我说whatever u have后半个多小时还没送到;早餐只有两排东西,吃得不如国内亚朵;
4-重头戏来了!种族歧视!入住当晚我在lounge门口问侍应生怎么去另一个餐厅,得到回复坐摆渡车之后,一群白人从lounge出来,此时同一个侍应生直接让白人上车了,在被我质问“Why are they prior to me?”后又让白人下来让我上去了
5-高潮部分,回到房间后想通过电话投诉 发现室内电话打不通,最后步行去reception投诉,您猜怎么着!一屋子人等着投诉!法国人印度人阿拉伯人,各个情绪激动,关键是每个人投诉的内容还不一样,有投诉屋子脏的,有投诉酒店wifi不好的,有投诉屋内设施broken的,深夜11点在前台真是热闹非凡!
仅仅避雷二字已经不足以表达我的无语
起码人不能在想赚中国人钱的同时,还歧视中国人
在郊区,离市中心有 半小时车程。
是个烂尾楼改造的民宿,一栋 4 层,每层两个房间,没有电梯,如果你行李重的话你想想有多不方便。
我住了 2 个晚上,房间居然是不打扫的!!!
基本都是中国人,估计都是跟我们一样被骗过来的。
房间没有电话,你要联系前台只能用自己的手机联系。
性价比很低很低,同样的价格在市区可以住比这好很多的酒店。
卫生很差,到底有多差,去体验一下就知道了

首先这家酒店的硬件和卫生是值得肯定的,服务差的要命,在前台办完入住后等了10分钟问还要多久才能好回答,还要再10分钟,我直接生气了才顺利入住。客房服务要东西跟前台说了以后过了将近三四个小时在各种三催四请之下才送来。地理位置不好,非常不好,离市区很远,可以说是完全不值这个价格。走的那天有车在等我们,去酒店拿打包带走的早饭,前台还看了半天本子,似乎在核实我们是不是真的订过,拜托我图你那点早饭?总之入住体验就是非常不愉快。看到的国人千万别来埃及,真太差了,看到的也别住这个酒店。
非常棒的一次入住体验!酒店员工非常热情,早上出门酒店还贴心的准备了早餐盒!而且房间非常干净整洁!来阿斯旺推荐大家入住!

我们入住的第一个晚上,房间很不干净。第一次投诉后,客房服务只是简单清理了一下,但依然不尽如人意。第二次投诉后,酒店安排了深度清洁,房间才终于干净了——不过那时已经过了午夜(大约凌晨1点)。酒店员工为此道歉,并很好心地补偿了我们晚餐折扣,我们很感谢。总的来说,我们对团队的快速响应和补救服务感到满意。
一个小小的建议是:酒店设施(水疗中心和健身房)的开放时间与一般的观光行程有冲突。它们开得晚,关得早,导致我们没能享用。如果酒店能考虑延长开放时间就太好了。
值得一提的是房间里的毛巾装饰。每天我们观光回来都会有惊喜。毛巾艺术的创意真是太棒了。
埃及酒店一般都比图片差很多,这家也不例外
