The two-day stay at Hotel Kadamb Tree’s Presidential Suite in Jabalpur offered a mixed experience. While the suite was clean and comfortable, several operational shortcomings affected the overall satisfaction. The location was hard to find, Jacuzzi controls lacked guidance, and Wi-Fi access was cumbersome and restrictive. SmartTV was not usable for screen casting. Breakfast was delayed, and lunch service at the restaurant was disorganized, prompting a switch to in-room dining, which was more efficient. Room service meals were good but lacked basic condiments. Despite these inconveniences, the we appreciated the suite’s maintenance and managed to enjoy their getaway.

Property is well maintained, near and clean, hotel staffs are very professional and polite. Food quality is excellent and ambience of restaurant is awasome

The property is excellent and well maintained. Very happy with the room service. Very nice big rooms with king size beds. Food is also good. Service is also quick. The air conditioner is also good. Ok distance from the main kamaniya gate. However, they are a little reluctant to accept credit cards for room service bills.

Everything about the hotel was great. I couldn’t find a negative point during my 1 day stay. Staff, hospitality, breakfast spread, service, everything was good.

Had a pleasant stay. Everything is outstanding about the place, from price to ambience, professional and cooperative staff, room, hygiene, dining area, food quality, location, parking. Not a single reason to complain about.
