Staff was good, cleanliness was average at best. The bath towels didn’t look clean and no washcloth available. Dirt on the floors. Just overall very run down. The price did reflect.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We were in town for my nephews funeral and needed a pet friendly hotel. Over all the experience was good. They just need to do a better job cleaning the floors in the rooms.

The computer was not working I asked earlier by email for first floor I had called this a.m. and I asked for a second floor and was told I could get one so I called back after I finish working today and nothing had been done about acquiring a second floor the lady hung up on me This a.m. and didn’t even give me an OK or not that I could get a second floor I talked to ******* and that was a waste of my breath I’ve worked a 10 1/2 hour shift today and drove four hours to get to this location and the computer is broken
