What you see is what you get. Room was nice and had nice amenities. Bathroom was a little weird as sink was in the way of the door so it would open all the way. Lift doesn’t go to top floor and acts a little wierd when more than two people in it. Street noise is kind of a pain as well in the early morning hours. Overall got what we expected/paid for.

Didn’t get to make it here due to a flight delay/cancelation. But the customer service is the best I have ever had with any Hotel. Took care of us on our changes along with a follow up call to verify and check on us and our travel. So disappointed to miss this stop as all communication and location were great. I would highly recommend booking here just knowing how well they take care of their guests!!!

Definitely would book here again if I ever return to Galway. Loved the location and it was a lot easier to access than it may sound at first.

地理位置优越，位于市中心，距离巴士站仅几分钟路程。我们的房间很好，通过密码箱办理入住手续非常顺畅。唯一的抱怨是，由于没有接待处或大厅，我们没地方寄存行李，因为我们因为巴士时刻表而提前到达，而当天的入住时间也晚了。幸运的是，我们的房间很快就准备好了，我们只需要带着行李走一个小时，但当天早些时候来的旅客应该考虑到这一点。我希望我们在到达之前就知道这一点！
