地理位置非常棒👍前台服务很好,介绍的很详细,在前台加了早餐相当于55人民币太划算了,强烈推荐入住这里
我们在此预定了两个房间共三晚,提前半个月发了邮件请求不要尾房并且楼层高一些,check in的时候给了我们同样位置的两间尾房,分别是八楼和九楼(该酒店电梯显示最低入住楼层为八楼)。我们下楼询问后,前台义正严辞的说向我们保证这不是尾房,我说你给我们的房间旁边没有房间了,如果这个不叫尾房那什么叫尾房呢,她沉默了,对着电脑鼓捣了半天,又跟同事窃窃私语了一阵,说可以只可以给我们换一个房间,因为没有大床房了,只有双床房,我们同意后上楼准备入住,发现新更换的房间床单上面有黄色的咖啡渍或者尿渍,并且房间门口和房间里有挥之不去的牛排味和油烟味。再次下楼说明情况后,另外一位前台说可以给我们更换另外一间大床房(即使十五分钟前才告诉我们没有大床房了,当时已经晚上十一点半,很难用客人刚刚退房,保洁打扫出新的房间来解释)。第二天早晨家人告知我他们的房间熄灯后有一盏灯会不停的闪烁,上午我出房间的时候正好看到同楼层有两间空出来的朝南的房间在打扫,于是下楼跟新轮班的前台沟通换房间,前台告知我,我说的那个房间号是双床房(我们同行人两双眼睛都看见了那个房间号里的床明明是一张大床,但是我们觉得撒谎没关系,给换就行),接下来前台又以还没打扫完为借口说要等几个小时才能换(但是我们明明看到保洁已经打扫好了该房间关上了房门,其实我们很疑惑,到底为什么要撒这么多谎),我们看着前台写下了给我们的新的房间号就离开了,同意晚上回来更换。晚上我们来换房间的时候,是第一晚入住的两位员工当班,当晚由于我嗓子哑了,由我的同行人跟前台沟通(因为只有我会说英语,之前一直是由我用英语跟她们沟通),我的同行人用翻译软件翻译成泰语给她们看,她们刚开始不承认有更换房间这回事(白天我们已经退掉了有问题的房间,并归还了房卡),直到我用英语解释给她们,她们才开始解决问题(她们之间一直是用泰语沟通,应该不是因为不认识泰文才无法理解),接着又开始惯用伎俩撒谎说没有房间啦,我说上午的时候你们的同事已经跟我承诺过留好房间啦。换房成功后我们惊喜的发现,这个新的房间里面有放好的洗漱用品和加厚拖鞋(我们原来居住的房间被告知如果需要洗漱用品和拖鞋,请到前台取用,我们领取过两双拖鞋,薄如蝉翼,下图有对比图),不知道是不是为了某类客户群体区别准备的呢。最后建议英语口语好的客人才可以考虑选择入住本酒店,因为不论是简单英语词汇,中文还是泰语文字,前台员工都无法理解你的需求,不建议内耗的客人选择此酒店,因为你会自我怀疑为什么明明是前后脚接待客人,员工面对不同肤色和语言的态度如此不同。本外耗型人格度过了愉快的三天并且平均每天锻炼一小时英语口语,后来前台员工见到我会赶紧低下头,实在躲不过会微笑着立即答应我的请求,没有谎言,没有拖沓。
第一次来曼谷选择苏拉旺美居酒店,住酒店从来没有过这么差的体验。酒店整体来说还是比较新的,无论是大堂还是房间都还是比较明亮的,但世界上入住体验非常非常差。
📍首先说地理位置说是离暹罗天地1.4公里,但是街上打车过去特别堵,大概6公里40人民币左右,而且也很贵,时间很长。楼下721要过两条马路也不是特别方便吃的更没有什么东西。街道也很陈旧在居民区。
最让人发指是明确说了不要尾房,所以前台临时给了一个倒数第二个的房子,我还是连住了两天一直会有奇怪的异响❗️❗️❗️❗️第一天晚上除了一直咯噔咯噔之外,还有人歇斯底里吵架,隔音效果特别差,而且大半夜5:00多还有剁那种骨头的声音,床都在震。第二天因为要出去逛,所以没有换房间,还是硬着头皮继续选择这个房间住结果声音也没有停止,直接一晚上没睡,第二天早上天亮了才敢闭眼睛。避雷这家酒店!
环境不错,服务也不错。但是卫生条件不敢恭维,床单被罩都不太干净,而且枕头有严重的异味。床边有个墙角非常锋利,不小心还划破了脚。另外不知道是酒店没有剃须刀还是我没说明白,要剃须刀给了我俩牙刷。
性价比很高,房间虽然是偏小但整体很新,祝入住起来很舒服。寝具很好睡,浴巾是属于那种厚的材质很舒服,浴室水压也很充足。
早餐的话可加可不加,因为重复性蛮高的。
唯一缺点是位置稍微偏离地铁站,酒店有免费接驳车,但是班次太少了,大部分时间还是要自己打摩的。
在曼谷素拉汪美居酒店度过了一个美妙的假期!员工们用精心准备的生日布置给了我一个惊喜——毛巾蛋糕、布朗尼蛋糕,还有前台经理 Jatuphat Taraphoom 女士的手写贺卡。房间舒适、现代,带阳台,布局也很棒。非常感谢前台和礼宾部的优质服务。这真是泰式待客之道的典范。强烈推荐!
酒店在Surwang 地区,离MRT和skytrian 较远,周边有条街上有集市,早晨比较热闹。饭店整体服务不错,员工也很热情,房间也干净。就是入住当日发生了件事让人非常不舒服,原订的酒店房间和实际入住的房间(按照酒店在平台的照片对比)不符,后在携程客服的协调下才解决。感谢携程🙏🙏调换后的房间整体不错,就是还有些装修的气味,其他都好。
位置还可以,主要胜在安静并且价格合适如果价格超过500就不是很值了。楼下不远有711便利店,去最近的地铁站走路在16分钟以上。其实酒店更适合单人入住因为房间真的不大。
总体来说性价比还是很高的 对得起价格 到了前台花钱升级到了带阳台的房间 酒店除了没有泳池 其他的都可以 这个价格没有什么可挑剔的了
