I checked in at around 12:30 Am at Midnight. I had an exam next morning. I was supposed get free by 10 am but due to some glitch at the examination centre I got delayed at reached hotel by 12 pm. The staff was rude and when i asked for a little extra time so that i could freshen up. He asked for Rs 1000 more .

Hotel was not upto the mark as per the price. There was no amnesties that were mentioned on the app while booking. Breakfast was pathetic.

This is a beautiful hotel! it's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event, and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

卫生状况极差，我决定不住了，并要求取消预订，但酒店拒绝退款或取消预订，这再次让顾客失去了信任和希望。
我不会推荐任何人入住或预订这家酒店。他们是骗子，无论他们在网站上展示什么，都不是那样的。
