入住顺利,房间干净,顶楼有泳池,楼下各种餐厅用餐方便,还有超市,地铁步行到大概15分钟,性价比挺高的。
体验非常糟糕,酒店与预订平台在处理突**况时互相推诿。
我原定于20号入住,因行程变化需改期至17号。联系酒店前台,对方表示有房且可配合,但因我是通过平台预订,需联系平台操作。于是我联系平台,平台反馈酒店预定部下班、放假、无人处理,导致无法改期。于是我只能另定其他酒店。且原订单不支持任何退款。
很离谱的一次经历,这家酒店我愿称之为金玉其外败絮其中。当天在酒店里听到火警的系统广播,广播了几遍后来也没什么别的通知以为是酒店在火灾演戏。😅结果没想到给我藏了一个大的。晚上想洗澡时最先发现的是:没有热水。当时想着反着气温还行冷水澡也可以接受,直到我打开了水龙头直愣愣地流出了黄色的水。
exm?这是一家酒店该有的水质吗?这个情况还持续到了第二天早上,我的那个房间虽然来热水了但是这个水质依然是乳白色的令人不安的颜色。
且我的房间有一扇和隔壁房间相通的门,虽然中间有木板相隔但对面房间的一举一动我听得一清二楚。我还听到当晚隔壁房的人也硬着头皮用这个水洗漱了。。笑死。
酒店近一年开业,有时候喺打车软件稳唔到地址!虽然话开业一年,但睇新旧程度又唔多似,有D似加工嘅感觉!成栋都喺美居,电梯需要刷卡,安全性尚可,服务台有D细,接待我嘅喺当地嘅小哥哥,唔识中文!我住嘅房间楼层较高,景色尚可,但啱好遮住双子塔,由于隔离喺立交桥,噪音上扬,比较吵!房间空间武大,大约20方,厕所都唔大,最唔满意嘅喺浴室嘅装修,你再小心,水都会跑出来,而且因为只提供一次性拖鞋,所以真唔方便!房间总体冇咩异味,床品都尚算卫生,一眼过去冇咩问题!我个人虽然知道距唔大,但我本身钟意宽阔嘅房,距嘅衣柜喺正对床,有感应灯,我觉得唔多适应,空间较细,放行李箱都冇太多空间!我住咗几晚,之前我E层住嘅人唔多,最吵就喺外面嘅立交,最后一晚有一批大巴游客入住,发觉隔音效果非常差!酒店唔配梳,顶楼嘅无边泳池唔算大,健身房都好简易!
酒店距离地铁站较远,公交站比较近!距离武吉大约两三公里,距离其他景点都唔远,隔离就喺一个小美食街,咖啡店、酒吧、餐厅!
酒店位置靠近市中心,去哪儿打车都很方便,也可以走十分钟去chan sow lin地铁站坐MRT或者LRT,楼下吃的东西也比较多,马来餐推荐eight toast,也有711便利店,基本啥都能买到。
顶楼游泳池很赞,虽然是四星级酒店,但是维护得很好,虽然不是无边泳池,但是游客喜欢的地标都能拍到。
房间设施也很完善,有冰箱,不过还是建议戴个耳塞睡觉,不然晚上国宝炸街,还是比较难入睡。
很方便,酒店楼下有便利店和很多餐厅选择,房间很新,早饭一般,能看到双子塔打车到双子塔15分钟,电梯也非常快
入住当天柜台说查验不到订单,确实有点不开心了 给我们安排了两个单人床的房间,但是agoda跟trip都有继续售卖双人床房(价钱是2倍的价格)非常不理解但也没关系 ,酒店工作人员叫我们联系trip跟他们说明这个事情 trip真的非常效率很快 也愿意帮我们升级去大房间!谢谢julia 客服 非常满意 即使遇到了不好的体验 但是还是完美帮我解决了!谢谢trip不愧是trip
卫生环境都非常不错,服务还可以,酒店早餐跟丰富,适应不同商务和旅行的客人,因为办公wifi不好更换房间,服务员非常热心安排了
地理位置不错 酒店附近 都容易找吃的…房间也清洁…出门也方便 已经住这间酒店第二次了 改次还会选择住这里..性价比👍
房间很干净,舒适,房间视野挺好,景色不错,设施也比较齐全,健身房泳池都有,体验感很好,客房服务也很好。
