swimming pool on 2nd floor and extremely small and possibly too high chlorine usage as eyes became bloodshot, room temperature can't be controlled and woke up in night and was choked no fresh air, if you close the ac room became wet, , despite telling front reception no cleaning room was opened and cleaned, bed not comfortable and temperature control not proper and no fresh air so very uncomfortable, breakfast not good options and limited no dry fruits

This modern, young hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the prestigious locality of Dona Paula. It is extremely well designed and the simple and immaculate lobby is bright and welcoming. The rooms are clutter-free, very clean and yet we were not left wanting for any amenities. Most importantly, everything in the room works well. The food is great though the menu is limited, but it still caters for all tastes. Kept the best for the last... the staff. Extremely polite and helpful in every way! They are all well turned out and respectful of the guests. They serve with a smile and make you feel at home. We have found a place in Goa that we would be happy to return to!

The stay was very close to Dauna Paula beach and jetty. Rooms are very spacious and whole hotel was maintained very nearly. Need to less to say the stay was cosy with in the budget.
only downside will be is parking is not that good but fair enough when number of guest cars were less. The stay is about 1-2 km from miramir beach also it's the best option if you want are looking for stay around ****** joints. Room service is very fast. Room complements were decent. overall best 4 star level accomodation for guaranteed quality rooms.

Very nice hotel at a convenient location. Only downside is the parking. Limited space outside the hotel where you have to park your vehicle.

Doesn’t live up to price, bathroom drain was blocked, wall had mould. Staff is very good and cooperative
