The bus got a mechanical problem at night 2:30 am and no rides available at that time so you have your own. Not travel by bus any more

There was zero hospitality. There was neither sleeper nor comb in the room. Nor was there a restaurant menu card. I had to carry my stuff myself. It was a bad experience

Hotel om was really lovely. Rink u rajput at the reception was very helpful. The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water food and service was excellent

This Hotel is adjacent to Om Residency and is a small hotel. One more storey is being added now in this Hotel.The rooms are decent, comfortable and spacious enough. We were impressed by the new, good looking furniture and were very happy to find that the food served by them is indeed tasty.The washrooms were fitted with modern fittings. The hotel has a lift too but no restaurant - it has it's own kitchen though.Driver stay facility is there. Room service is good and polite too. The hotel has shops on ground floor in front because of which it's elevation is very ordinary.The TV in the room is Internet TV so one does not have access to his/her favourite channels.There is no safe locker in room or mini fridge but in general facilities like Electric kettle ,AC, Geyser, LED TV etc. is there.The Hotel holds promise for the future, once it expands. Rates & Room tariffs are reasonable.

While going on a work related trip with my extended family including a kid and a toddler, i had to take an unplanned break for a night stay. Booked the room in hotel om. Overall the stay was seamless with impressive services. The room dimensions were optimum and hygiene upto standards. Food was served in the room because of the inclement (hot) weather in the dining area and it was savored by each one of us. The hotel had proper parking place, slightly away from the city centre but not that much and also had decent support staff. Overall a nice stay and effortlessly recommended for family trips.

Everything was good as staff was very humble but bedsheet and pillow covers were too dirty. Room needs to be maintained.

Situated on the main road. Hardly 3 km from the railway station. Newly constructed property. Well maintained. Betul lacks infrastructure. Rooms are spacious. The bathroom was clean. Highly recommended.
