Pool and hot tub were excellent, if you can fin a time when the children aren’t howling. Lots of kids teams using the hotel with nearby rinks and ball diamonds.

I actually didn't have time for breakfast this morning, although I have stayed and have it previously, it is always excellent. I like the porridge.

酒店员工对我女儿极其粗鲁，仅仅因为我们为她女儿举办了三岁生日派对。他们指责我们搞泳池派对，还说我们接待了很多客人。（泳池边的其他人根本不是我们的客人）。当时只有四五个孩子和我女儿在一起，其中三个孩子住在酒店。其他孩子都是来参加她生日派对的家人。退房时，他们竟然还向我女儿和她丈夫索要300美元的“泳池派对”费用。
我们预订的是套房，结果却安排我们住进了双床房。前台女士说没办法，你们是通过第三方预订的，这不关她的事。
这家酒店不适合家庭入住，管理不专业，注意可能会收取与他们无法提供核实的政策相关的额外费用。
