Property is new so fairly clean, some little things like keys not working, scuffs on the door/wall, holws wherw thw toiler dispenser

我们预订的是套房，结果却安排我们住进了双床房。前台女士说没办法，你们是通过第三方预订的，这不关她的事。
这家酒店不适合家庭入住，管理不专业，注意可能会收取与他们无法提供核实的政策相关的额外费用。
