The air conditioner sounded like someone was doing construction in the next room. The repair work done to the room was low quality. The power went out overnight so we had no showers, no breakfast and no elevators. Nothing was taken off of the room to make up for the lack of amenities

This hotel was over priced considering how bad the room smelled and how dirty it was. The lighted mirror in the bathroom did not work and the carpet was disgusting. The elevators stopped working and we had to take the stairs to and from our room.

Save your self the headache - we woke up to no lamps working, then the power went out! So zero lights in the bathroom! Taking a shower by cellphone light! No breakfast bc no power. No elevator. Only one elevator was working last night.

We first checked in a king size bed room for me, my mom. We extended our stay to six additional days, the first room was nice and clean but the second room was terrible but the night clerk switched our room with no problem. We couldn’t spend the night in that room because it smelled so bad. We had to get out our beds and moved that night. The second room was better without the bad smell.

Room was VERY musty smelling but we were too tired to try to go through the process of switching rooms. Room was also old and worn. We expect this if we are paying for a lower quality hotel.
Lobby, breakfast, and outdoor seating area were excellent.
Staff (both front desk and concierge) were efficient and friendly, check-in was seamless, location was near Oktoberfest and concert.
Overall, if we were paying significantly less, we would stay here but not worth the extra if upgrading for room quality.

There was no trash can in our room when we got there and the pancake maker was broken.

The breakfast was ok. I was hoping for a little more variety but the breakfast was not great or good.. the staff made up for what the breakfast lacked. Also, I did not know that having 2 beds in a room was considered an upgrade, which Was charged 10 dollars additional.

The best asst. manager we have ever met made us feel like we were at home. Me and my husband were tired of driving and she made the trip all worth it. Thanks again, sincerely Brenda

The shower rod was broken and the curtain wouldn’t close. The beds were extremely hard. It appears to be a decent remodel for a hotel but feels more like a cheap motel stay. The staff was great and super friendly and the location is fantastic.
