Little amount of food and the location is poor. In the rooms you can even hear conversations from the room next door. The only positive aspect is the cleanliness of the rooms. For this price, I recommend anything else

The hotel is generally bad. Definitely not worth the price. After booking, based on the description on the website and the very high price we paid, we expected a really nice place, but we were very disappointed. The rooms are small, without air conditioning, so it's very hot. In the attic room, there's no curtain over the roof window so the sun shines directly in your face from 6 a.m. There's no refrigerator, so you can't even keep you drinks cold. Many things don't work properly (e.g., the flush, the drain, the toilet constantly clogs, the lamp hangs crooked—these are minor details, but at this price, it's a bit distracting). The walls are so thin that you can hear every word from the room next door, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel's location is poor, as it's located on a very busy road with no sidewalk or roadside, making it impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel. There's no place to hang out outside around the hotel, no benches, no tables, not to mention a playground, so you have to stay inside. Unfortunately, for everything there is an additional fee. Billiards, darts, and table tennis are all available, but they're paid. At almost 6,000 złoty for a family of four for five nights, it's probably a bit excessive. The breakfast food was good and the service was friendly, which is probably the only positive. Overall, when I think about how much we spent on this place, I literally want to cry because we expected a completely different standard. I don't recommend it. I definitely wouldn't go back.

WARNING: Tempted by a holiday offer, I booked a package for a week at the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel for a family of 4 in a superior room as shown in the image below (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). Upon arrival, it turned out that we were accommodated in a 3-person room (2 single beds and one single sofa bed). In addition, there were only 3 sets of bed linen and 3 sets of towels prepared in the room. Furthermore, it turned out that the room presented on the Kyriad Karkonosze booking page is not a superior room at all (!). Since it turned out that there was not enough sleeping space for one person after our arrival, we filed a complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to refund the reservation (over 1300 PLN). Therefore, please be careful when booking any room at Kyriad Karkonosze and make sure you have 100% guaranteed the appropriate number of sleeping places - do not rely on the photos on the website, as you may be greatly disappointed on site, as happened to us, which I wish on no one. Below I present photos of the room, which, as it turns out, is incorrectly marked as superior on the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel booking website. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what a superior room looks like, as admitted by the hotel staff. Why then does the hotel mislead its potential customers by presenting a 4-person room for sale, and selling a 3-person room in reality?

Loud, bad sound isolation. Multiple times tried to fraud me, e.g., told me I had to pay to go to the Spa longer than 2 hours, told me I had to pay for the room, although I already paid online.

一家非常棒的酒店，地理位置优越，可以俯瞰巨人山。酒店内就有水上乐园，这是一个很大的加分项。自助早餐也很美味。不过，有一个小小的缺点。酒店和水上乐园都需要维护和进行一些小修小补，这些小问题很明显，有点影响整体印象。
又一次入住这家酒店，结果又是低楼层，没啥风景。变差的地方是泳池开放时间比以前晚了。早餐还是非常棒。
酒店坐落在美丽的环境中。餐厅享有山脉全景。
食物非常好，服务周到细致。
泳池虽然有点小，但令人印象深刻。足够休闲放松了。
不足之处是停车位很少，入住率高的时候很难找到停车位。
除此之外，酒店干净整洁，内部装修过，美观大方。
