地理位置很好,去哪里都很方便,周围都是商场。房间个人感觉有点小,但是还算卫生。整体体验还行,但是两个缺点,第一,门口没有帮拿行李的人,我只能拎着很重的箱子带着孩子一起走台阶,旁边的斜坡就是一个摆设,箱子根本没办法在上面拖或者推。折腾到前台后前台说入住时间是下午三点,虽然你们的房间已经准备好了,但是提前入住要收三十多欧的额外费用。去过那么多国家还是第一次听说这样的规定,不知道是不是自己见识短了 😂。经过一天一夜长途跋涉实在不想在寒风中晃悠了,所以无奈交钱入住。

这绝对是赫尔辛基市中心一家五星级酒店。从入住到退房,酒店的基础设施、设施和各项服务都无可挑剔,方方面面都尽善尽美。门童彬彬有礼,热情友好。客房服务人员也很友善、细致、有礼貌。
酒店的健身房堪称业内最佳之一,器械齐全,能满足您锻炼所有肌肉群的需求。

房间很好 邻居马路隔音差等小问题之外就是酒店的服务态度,让人觉得是很离奇的,早上因为到的很早房间没有准备好,前台说给我留好了,在五楼和六楼的房子,等我回去就跟我说并没有留好,这两间房间又给我换了别的房间,先建了一个房间有一股臭味,最离奇的是房间的桌上放了一个别人名字的牌子,所以是别人住过,然后不要的房间,最后反复沟通才给我换了一间房间,结果第二天早晨就叫我退房,说这间房间是给我免费升级的,第二天要么加钱,要么就要给我再换回别的房间,当天因为已经生病发烧了,很不舒服,沟通之后才继续能留在原来的房间,这点在这样的一个信任的连锁品牌确实是比较离奇的事情
酒店位置极好,到中央火车站300多米(可直达机场),赫尔辛基颂歌中央图书馆、音乐厅都步行可达;前台及员工都很友善;酒店是老建筑,都是5楼,却不在同一平面,但是标识系统做得很好,住客不容易迷路;早餐很丰富,自助+单点,味道都很赞,早餐7:00开始,酒店4:00就为早起的客人准备了简单的早餐,令人暖心;酒店有桑拿、芬兰浴,晚上回酒店享用确实解乏;酒店正门有台阶,但是酒店后门有专门的电梯可以直通道路地面;细节考虑得都相当周到,令人满意;唯一不足没有传统意义的衣柜。
第一次来芬兰,孩子选的酒店,地理位置很方便,距离火车站预计五六分钟的步行距离,购物也很方便,去到各个景点也不远,酒店设施很好,很大的淋浴间和卫生间是完全独立的,设施齐全,房间有免费的纯净水。早餐非常丰盛,值得推荐
优秀的点:设施很齐全,早餐水平确实比较高,可以点菜,这一点比很多北欧同星级酒店好。
缺点:
1. 同一类房型不同房间差别太大了,我定豪华房图的就是两个大窗户,结果我实际入住的房子只有一个超级小的窗户,采光非常差,房间的分区也不像官网和平台上这么清晰,房间大小估计是该类房型中最小的一种。我会建议酒店给出更细致的划分和更全面的房型图。我是冲着平台给出的图才放弃了风景更好的radisson选择价格更高的这个酒店,想给家人一个好的入住体验,结果事与愿违。
2.提前入住要收39-59欧。这一点我也建议标清楚,我不认为这算是一个常见的要求。
