I stayed at this hotel in Gangtok for 2days. It is clean and well kept. Pradip Singh from housekeeping was very helpful and efficient.

Great hotel in a perfect location. I love the vibes of Gangtok and this hotel is at a walking distance to MG Mary and all the pretty eateries and shopping centers nearby. The decor of the hotel is also tastefully done and it is pretty affordable on the pocket as well. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good place to stay. PS: special mention to Pradeep Singh from the house keeping department. He made sure that we had everything at our door step at any point in time. The service was seamless by the entire staff.

Had a good stay with very spacious and clean room. Staff was very good. Receptionist Ms. Nisha Tamang was exceptionally polite and hospitable, and assisted us in smooth and hassle free check out.

View location and the hotel staffs are good,the room we booked is very spacious but the bedsheet is not clean there's a stain on it which is very disappointing..it would have been much better if they could offer clean bedsheets and pillow covers

The hotel is conveniently located. The food is pretty good too. Service is awesome! Recommend Pradeep Singh, from house keeping department who kept the room really clean and took care of our requests.
