We stayed in the Adelie room for two nights, which is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed linens and towels were luxurious and lovely toiletries provided. It was helpful to have a small fridge in the room along with water, tea & coffee. The continental breakfast on Friday was lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, which was delicious. Wells is a very pretty City and we enjoyed walking around. We also visited and walked the trail at Cheddar Gorge and drove to Bath for the day. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and we had a great experience staying here.

Amazing Find
What a lovely find this hotel was. Very smart boutique hotel. Bar and staff were amazing and very attentive. Food was lovely. Room was very clean and everything was provided. Top spec toilet rolls, tea and coffee and shower gel, shampoo/conditoner. Short 10 min walk into town which is worth a look. Continental brekkie was all you could ask for and eat as much as you wanted too. Only ask would be biscuits in your room to go with the tea/coffee. Would definitely return again.

Excellent accommodation in Wells - superb.
Staff and welcome - superb, friendly and efficient at all times - absolutely faultless.
Room and premises - welcoming, clean and very comfortable.
Food, breakfast and dinner - the Continental Breakfast was excellent and very nicely presented. We also had dinner in the bar/restaurant and that was good, well-presented and delicious.
Parking - there is no parking but we simply used a nearby Morrisons and paid a modest price for parking there using the JustPark app.
