I've spent a night here late october. I found the place to be beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a good stay but this is not a five star hotel. Don't get me wrong, it was a good stay but I felt tricked because my expectations were higher. There are some details that made me draw the conclusion that this is not a 5 star hotel. Firstly, the mini bar in the room is extraordinary well provided but extraordinary noisy - I had to unplug it in order to sleep. The hotel did provide a bottle of complementary filtered water in the room. I also had a tea bag but no tea pot and a coffee capsule but no coffee machine. I found that to be pretty funny. The quality of the towels and the room slippers is average - I've encountered those in 3 stars hotels. The TV is big but it doesn't have HD TV channels - there literally were 8 or 9 tv channels available - no news channels, no cartoon channels, no HD channels. On the other hand, the staff is great, the restaurant is awesome - had a great dinner there. The breakfast selection is decent with a lot of things to choose from. Didn't have time to visit the spa. Don't get me wrong, it is not a bad place overall but I don't consider it to deserve the 5 star rating.

One of the most relaxing hotels i have stayed in. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and clean, lots of character! 1st time for me in Romania and wasn't sure what to expect but you will not regret staying here! Staff were so lovely and welcoming im mentioning them twice! Marvellous stay!

First stay at ZET Hotel, exceptional 5 Star service all round . Great friendly Staff, very relaxed ambiance. Breakfast offering with excellent choice of Great variety of Hot & cold items all very freshly prepared.

我入住的这家酒店距离历史中心3公里。从接待处到房间，处处细节都体现了酒店的用心。员工热情友好，乐于助人，同时也尊重我的隐私。房间布置简约，但维护良好，舒适宜人。浴室宽敞，如果淋浴瓷砖的清洁度能再提高一些就更好了。早餐种类略显单薄，但甜咸口味都很新鲜美味。酒店餐厅更是令人惊艳。
房间还可以，但是我房间的WiFi整整一周都连不上。我报修了三次，最后还是放弃了，因为前台工作人员总是胡乱解释。我觉得他们公司没有内部IT人员来帮忙排查问题，也不愿意花钱请外部技术人员来帮我。他们给出的理由简直荒谬至极：“电信公司在外面施工，相关的卫星通信受到了影响。” 如果你像我一样是工程师，你肯定能看出这个理由有多离谱。我进一步问他们：“如果是通信公司的问题，那为什么你的台式机还能上网？” 她一本正经地说：“因为我用的是网线。” 她根本不知道WiFi也是用网线连接的。我觉得可能是有些WiFi路由器坏了，或者只是需要重启一下。这几天我发现，酒店其他地方的WiFi都能用，而我的房间却不行。总之，他们真的需要聘请技术人员/IT人员。而且，员工也需要接受培训，不要在自己不了解的事情上胡编乱造。
嗯，它有各种缺点，但评价也不错。房间和浴室都很好，尽管晚上我们没有热水。据接待处称，浴室里挤满了人，而且显然每个人都同时洗澡。 （对于一家五星级酒店来说，这真是一个遗憾）。早餐没什么特别的，当然不值得五星。他们说那里的工作人员很糟糕，但还可以接受。就质量和价格而言，我想说它需要多打一颗星，至少目前是这样。我们无法让他们降低婴儿床的高度以适合我的孙女；我不知道他们是否没有正确的钥匙。它位于通往城市的道路上，有一些汽车噪音，但我不得不说，它的存在感和装饰都非常好。如果他们能改进，我毫无疑问会给他们 5 颗星。
糟糕的体验！千万别去！工作人员非常粗鲁傲慢，根本没有受过任何专业培训。早餐很差，没有素食选择。对于一家五星级酒店来说，这样的服务简直难以置信。离市中心太远了！价格太贵了，根本无法接受这样的服务！
一家非常棒的酒店，在这个街区你肯定想不到会有这样的酒店。房间宽敞，餐厅也不错。员工非常友好。
