My daughter and I stayed here for 2 days to visit family in Kepanjen. We booked directly at the last minute and we were glad that they were able to accommodate us. Pros: Had a very comfortable stay. Great breakfast buffet. Warm and curteous customer service. Improvements: More variety of towels instead of just body towels. Soundproofing could be better, we heard trains passing by the rear of the hotel and kids screaming in the hallway.

Very good reception at the hotel, personnel is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Short distance to Malang. The restaurant has a high quality standard, in particular breakfast is superb. There is a pool, gym and sauna, so good opportunities to relax.

We came to Kepanjen to attend our son's wedding. While here we chose to stay at Grand Miami Hotel. The hotel is very nice. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and good breakfast. When in the Kepanjen area we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel actually has good facilities and spacious rooms with pleasant views because it is close to the rice fields and there is an epic train crossing in the middle of the rice fields. Unfortunately the management is so ordinary as is the friendliness. The food menu is ordinary even though there are quite a lot of food variations. The most pleasant thing is that the swimming pool is quite large and clean and there are jacuzzi facilities.
房间噪音非常大，火车晚上通行紧挨着房子，鸣笛。楼下空调房或者是变压器噪音非常大。房内设施一般。
