非常满意 地理位置好 服务好
屋里很漂亮 设施又新又全
屋里酒和饮料零食都免费 喝可乐自由了
服务周到热情，环境非常温馨舒适，还有很多令人惊喜的体验。房间很大，干净清爽，有胶囊咖啡机，送红酒、饮料，厨房有电磁炉、洗碗机、餐具。真的很棒，值得推荐。
各个方面都很好，员工也非常热情，帮我们安排去参观玻璃制品厂，预定水上巴士等等，就是洗手间冲凉房的下水太慢，花洒漏水，入住期间没有清洁，收垃圾服务即使他们答应来收垃圾。
这家酒店离圣马可广场大约10-15分钟路程，离火车站大约25分钟，但周边有很多不错的餐厅和杂货店。
酒店拥有私人码头，水上出租车可以直接停靠，这点非常方便，尤其当你行李很多，不想拖着行李上下很多座桥去酒店时。房间非常宽敞，层高也很高，住起来非常舒适。厨房设施齐全，还提供免费饮品和零食（免费续加）。工作人员非常乐于助人，态度也很好。他们帮我预订了往返机场的水上出租车。绝对物有所值。下次再来威尼斯我肯定还会订这家。
如果您想在威尼斯感受宾至如归的体验，这里绝对是绝佳选择。公寓非常漂亮。我们住的“丝柏”公寓带露台，也许是唯一一间有露台的。
从圣马可广场步行10-15分钟即可到达。旁边就是大运河的出口。您可以乘坐水上出租车直接抵达酒店。周围餐馆、咖啡馆林立，这座城市本身就非常迷人！

很好，房间很大，很漂亮，适合带娃家庭，商家准备了水果，饮料，因为有门牌号，地方也好找。可惜只安排了一天在威尼斯。
住在岛内虽然价格有些偏高，但是能享受一个清静的早晨和夜晚。酒店的装修很艺术，床 超级舒服超级大。是我欧洲几个城市游玩最惊喜的酒店，欢迎礼很贴心，酒店内饮食饮料水果全都免费，体验特别棒
这是我们意大利之行住过最棒的地方！房间非常漂亮宽敞，生活必需品一应俱全。房间非常干净，床也超级舒服。厨房里什么都有，还免费提供零食、果汁、苏打水、饮用水、茶、咖啡和水果。他们还为我们准备了拖鞋、闻起来很香的润肤露、洗浴用品和其他很多酒店/爱彼迎都没有的东西。服务简直无与伦比，这里的人都非常友好。我们收到了欢迎礼品，并在入住期间获得了许多帮助。这家酒店还有自己的私人码头，我们通过酒店预订了私人水上出租车去火车站，非常方便。出租车直接把我们送到车站门口，这样我们就不用像乘坐公共水上出租车那样，提着行李爬楼梯过桥（价格也差不多）。强烈推荐，下次来威尼斯还会再住这里！
