My stay at this hotel in Gangtok was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of coziness and modern amenities. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the food — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it was a simple breakfast or a hearty dinner, the quality and taste exceeded my expectations. Combined with the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere, this hotel made my trip to Gangtok both relaxing and memorable. Initially I was a bit sceptical to book this hotel but it turned out to be a great decision. We booked Suite room ( 3 pax) . I initially stayed in the front facing room, but shifted on the next day which had a great view of mountain. Room was big, maintained perfectly. Bathroom was clean. Food was delicious. They had a good variety both in breakfast and dinner. The best part is the staff of the hotel. They are really courteous, always ready to help with a smile. The plus point of the hotel is the proximity to the famous MG marg in Gangtok. It is approx 7/8 min walk.

I stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was neat, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the breakfast had good variety. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely visit again.

I made the best choice. It was beautiful. Room was amazing. Hospitality was great staff are kind and always gives warm welcome. Food was actually good. Walking distance from Mg marg. Overall I'm highly satisfied.

The hotel though very conveniently located failed to live up to the expectation .There is no air conditioning in the entire hotel. September was quite warm and pedestal fans were provided in the rooms. This is quite unusual . Cobwebs were found in the rooms and if I am not mistaken, we were the only guests in the entire hotel during the festive season. View from the room is good. However, the hotel staff are very nice. They in every possible way tried to do their best but certain things were beyond their capacity. Management should think of upgrading this hotel which is otherwise good.

I came here in month of October with my family for a vacation, and the staff is very friendly. The food served to us everyday was very delicious also the chef's special- thukpa soup is a must try here. Overall, we had a very great experience.
