Smelling washroom, non functional air conditioner and staff was not supportive. Rooms not maintained properly

Limited facilities. Mattress are old (coir based material). You will find loose tea-bags in the room given as complementary. Coffee mugs looked old and faded. Bathroom tap was leaking. Breakfast starts at 8:00am .

Till 1 am night, the hotel staff were dragging some tables, just over my room roof. I ring on reception but no responce! after that mosquito start bit-ting me and the night was horrible !

I booked deluxe room at 3125 inr including breakfast. Hotel is located newer part of lucknow and lots of other hotels are nearby. Hotel is old and rooms are small. Options in breakfast were limited. As such i have faced no issues. Stay was just ok.

It was ok. Due to seasonal increase in the travellers the better hotels were not available. Price was high compared to what hotel has to offer
当我晚上 11 点左右到达酒店时，我被告知我已经办理了入住手续（我猜是在网上办理的入住手续）。工作人员在没有正确确认详细信息的情况下，将房间分配给了另一位客人。由于人为错误，我们被忽略了。我问客房服务部他们是否需要晚餐，他们说没有。第二天，我询问菜单上的一道菜是否可用，我被告知没有，电话也断线了。我想问他们还能提供什么选择，但那个人早已走了。简而言之，这家酒店缺乏热情好客。虽然位置、房间和其他设施都还可以。
相比之下，这家酒店不是很好。洗澡时没有热水。与同类酒店相比，房间也较小
