Just a one night pit stop. Really lovely hotel, great room, super comfy bed and lovely facilities. Staff were very helpful and polite definitely would recommend and would stay again thank you ☺️

Very clean modern hotel with pay parking outside. Convenient stopping place on way to West Wales. We have stayed at the sister hotels Celtic Manor and Coldra Court before and found this a more relaxing experience. Restaurant was well run with friendly staff.

Lovely new hotel, opened just over a year ago.
Well located for access to Wales ICC and surrounding attractions.
Room very good, comfy bed, usual tray with tea/coffe and some very nice bara brith biscuits.
Breakfast was a buffet, usual English/Welsh breakfast choices, danish pastries/croissants, fruit and cheese/cured meats.
Staff friendly.
Parking £12 per night which was unexpected, however the free slow EV charger we used overnight made up for it.
Would return.

Whist the hotel is very clean and generally staff were pleasant and helpful, however the to in the room did not work properly and when we raised it the staff got i working but on turning off it wouldn’t come on again.
The parking charge on top of the hotel bill was criminal in my view an for this reason I would not stay here again.

我最近为了参加ICC的会议入住了这家酒店，不得不说，酒店的卫生和员工的友善度都非常棒。下次出差我还会选择住在这里！
走到ICC的路上需要穿过很多红绿灯，这一点可以改进，但这得由市政厅来解决！
顺便说一句，早餐很好吃！
现代化、干净的商务酒店。自助早餐平均需额外支付13英镑，工作日早上6:30开始供应，周末早上7:00开始供应。晚餐菜单选择有限，价格昂贵。花洒淋浴很棒。床、羽绒被和枕头都非常舒适。可惜的是，停车费每晚需额外支付12英镑，预订时我没看到广告，感觉有点贪心！
这家酒店很新，非常干净，员工也极其友好。它位于市郊，对于我参加卡迪夫半程马拉松来说，地理位置非常理想。早餐和晚餐都很棒。我的房间也完美无瑕。总而言之，强烈推荐——我非常乐意再次入住。
