I was there for a 50th Class Reunion. We utilized the entire facility for our events tha weekend. We wanted to go and have drinks after our banquet and the bar was closed and so was the rooftop. There were no amenities, exercise room and a golf suite that you had to pay for. The cost of the rooms was definitely not a group rate as your regular rate just booking individually was cheaper. The grab and go breakfast was a turn off and you had to pay for it. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable but I could not stay at this Aloft again as itvwas not very accommodating.

I did not like bar hours or the room design no sitting area very little space for clothing and there was no accommodation on the roof top

The rooftop patio was cool. The Mc for the events was friendly and inviting. The movie theater that you can reserve is really awesome. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s downtown area. Nevertheless, close enough to walk to and from all kinds of things.

Exceptional Team!
The entire staff was exceptional...from check-in, to the bartenders, to the valets who had to assist me several times in loading and unloading equipment and boxes from my SUV, this 1 week visit was really enjoyable and I appreciated all the help and the warm welcome.

Location was perfect for our concert at FedEx Arena. The check in process was very smooth. We did arrive somewhat early yet our room was ready. If i had any recommendation it would be the valet service. They only had one on during my stay and both times i had to wait over 15 minutes to get my car. Everything else was great.

房间很脏。他们给我们换了房间，结果床上还有只虫子。我们要求提供毛巾，结果等了30分钟，打了3个电话才拿到。前台工作人员态度很好，但我应该不会再住这家酒店了。
我的航班延误了，我提前打电话给Aliz酒店前台，告知我会晚到24小时。前台说已经记录在案，没问题。结果到了酒店，却被告知我被收取了未入住费用，而且房间也被取消了。当时没有我能负担得起的房间，酒店也不愿意按我预订时的价格收费。最后，我不得不开车去30分钟车程外的另一家酒店。对于完全由他们的员工和政策造成的这种情况，他们却丝毫没有提供任何帮助的意愿。以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
代客泊车服务和酒店清洁度都非常好。
入住时间是下午3点。房间直到下午4点19分才准备好。我一直在大堂等着，非常不方便。酒店只有一部电梯能用。
广告上说的餐厅实际上只是个酒吧。
