Nice little budget friendly hotel. Great location. Close enough to downtown but far enough for quiet. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Great beds great sleep good air conditioning. Bairon was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Such a cutie! Ghiselke at front desk was quick to respond and ensure everything was ordered booked. Great girl! Great team! I think I may have spelled her name wrong,,, sorry

This is a great place to stay! It is only a few minutes from the main San Pedro street and the Tropic air location. It has two restaurants right next door and a supermarket with a coffee spot across the street. The gas station is up the block as well. The staff was amazing and super helpful and accommodating in all aspect. Mr. Bairon was especially helpful, going out of his way to drop us off and pick us up and in helping us organize excursions and a golf cart rental. The pools were super clean and beautiful. This is a very safe location as they have security guard during the entire night. WiFi was great and the water was super hot with good pressure. Would definitely recommend this location. We would stay here again. They also have a free water filter to fill up your jugs!

Decent facilities, despite its really strange vibes. Horrible use of space, with so much open/wasted space. Wind makes loud whistling noise when flowing over building. This combined with loud music bars nearby that play until 11pm or so, makes this a poor choice for people with young kids. Hotel does not honor cancellation policies, beware. Do not let them charge your credit card until the end.

Bairon and front desk staff were amazing. They helped with everything we needed. Restaurant next door was perfect. 2 pools to choose from, comfy beds and top notch air conditioning. 10/10 recommens

我们入住的房间非常适合我们一家人。房间设施齐全，应有尽有。Sea Horizon 的员工非常热情周到，乐于助人。突然下起了暴雨，我们的旅行社取消了浮潜行程。当时雨势很大，风也很大。由于是淡季，Sea Horizon 的客人不多，所以他们允许我们下午 1 点退房，而不是通常的上午 11 点，这样我们就不用在雨中开车到处跑了。酒店非常干净，而且有保安人员巡逻，非常安全。真是太棒了！！！
超棒的酒店！他们非常热情周到，我们有任何需要都尽力满足，甚至还帮我们升级了房间！下次肯定还会入住:)

这处房产宛如一片小小的绿洲。房间干净整洁，员工也十分细心周到。我们唯一的遗憾是房间里没有自然光……因为没有窗户。不过，即便如此，也有很多机会可以坐在泳池边享受阳光。
酒店环境不错，也很干净。员工服务很棒。我的问题出在*******。由于突发医疗状况，我们不得不提前两天退房，但酒店却拒绝退还我们未入住两晚的房费。
