The property was nice and we had a beautiful view from our room. The food was good and plentiful even when we came in toward the end of breakfast service. The disappointing side was our room was not serviced. There were no postings and no one told us that they only serviced the rooms every other day. Had they told us it would have been fine, but we expected it since every other place we’ve stayed has had maid service.

Beautiful hotel and room. Very spacious and comfortable. Outside area with fire places was so nice in the evening and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

Stayed one night. Everything was great. Bit of noise from the upstairs room but the rest was good. Lots of seating options for breakfast which had a regular assortment. Would stay again.

We booked a King bed ADA room months in advance of our stay. The hotel changed out our room booking without informing us. They put us in a much smaller none ada accessable room with 2 queen beds, making it that much harder to navigate the space. They first checked us in to a room that had not been cleaned either. The staff attempted to be helpful but said their was no management staff on site to talk to about our issues. The offered to give us our overnight parking free to make up for their shortcomings. They also advised it being very tech savvy, they had 2 public use computers and the wifi was nearing dial up slow. We will not be staying with this location again. We are frequent visitors to the area of Sandpoint. This was over all just disappointing.

Different breakfast options that I wasn’t sure what to make of as no one in our group of 5 wanted it. But if you lived out of hotels, I could see how that would be a nice change. It was Spanish rice and taco shells.
Parking was $10 night, I was surprised by that fee.
Hotel was very clean, excellent room size. Really lovely sitting area and outdoor patio. Friendly staff.

这是一家新开的酒店，房间既现代又宽敞。遗憾的是，我们预订的是普通大床房，但入住时只剩下一间ADA双女王房，不过房间很干净，设施也很齐全。我们很喜欢免费早餐，但不太满意10美元的停车费，因为酒店周边没什么特别需要收费的停车场。

我之前看过一些评论，有人给 Springhill Suites 打了 10 分，但我却很失望。第一个房间的地毯是湿的，所以我们安顿好行李后，他们把我们安排到了酒店的另一头。他们还让我用推车搬东西。
搬到下一个房间后，马桶盖松动了，我拉不开浴帘，洗手池没有热水，只有淋浴有热水，也没有保险箱。而且房间紧邻繁忙的高速公路，所以噪音很大。酒店的照片上只有山景。
我和丈夫带着我的拉布拉多犬旅行，酒店要求我们必须带着它，这没问题，但是其他客人把狗留在房间里，吵得我们一大早就醒了。
我们很喜欢 Sand Point，但下次去不会再住这家酒店了。
酒店正在装修。房间有股霉味，而且设施陈旧。健身房也关闭了。
