We had a lovely visit. The rooms are well appointed and the lobby and lounge were comfortable with lots of seating. It was nice to have food service in the lounge after being on the road for 8 hours.

The room was spotless. The outdoor patio was a wonderful addition where we enjoyed beverages next to a gas fireplace. The staff was also very attentive.

It was a very nice hotel, only defaults: restaurant? Hardly, they serve very limited options, $10 to park per day- ridiculous. Didn’t take my service animal card so you get charged $75. Bar? More like: beer and wine options only. This place is expensive and to me not worth the money, I’ll continue my stays at Cedar Street… they don’t charge for parking and they take my service animal. True restaurant and bars are walking distance.

The property was nice and we had a beautiful view from our room. The food was good and plentiful even when we came in toward the end of breakfast service. The disappointing side was our room was not serviced. There were no postings and no one told us that they only serviced the rooms every other day. Had they told us it would have been fine, but we expected it since every other place we’ve stayed has had maid service.

含有大量人工色素、聚乙二醇和防腐剂的有毒肥皂、护发素、洗发水和润肤露，却打着“纯素和植物基”的旗号……设计美学上很棒——附近火车噪音很大……早餐很棒；……员工友好……不会再住了，体验不值这个价。
远非我住过的最好的酒店。
我之前看过一些评论，有人给 Springhill Suites 打了 10 分，但我却很失望。第一个房间的地毯是湿的，所以我们安顿好行李后，他们把我们安排到了酒店的另一头。他们还让我用推车搬东西。
搬到下一个房间后，马桶盖松动了，我拉不开浴帘，洗手池没有热水，只有淋浴有热水，也没有保险箱。而且房间紧邻繁忙的高速公路，所以噪音很大。酒店的照片上只有山景。
我和丈夫带着我的拉布拉多犬旅行，酒店要求我们必须带着它，这没问题，但是其他客人把狗留在房间里，吵得我们一大早就醒了。
我们很喜欢 Sand Point，但下次去不会再住这家酒店了。
酒店正在装修。房间有股霉味，而且设施陈旧。健身房也关闭了。
