The Pura Hotel was wonderful. My room was clean, my bathroom was beautiful, and the entire property was very peaceful. I enjoyed reading while sitting outside - I enjoyed the birds, the sunshine, the flowers, and the comfortable private seating. The check-in and check-out was easy, and the hotel was easy to find on the map. But, my favorite part of the hotel was the staff - they were very kind and friendly. Each night, they provided a homemade dinner that was better than most restaurants in New York City (where I live)! It is possible to travel to downtown Coyhaique for dinner, but this would require an Uber to/from. I did not do this, but it is possible. This hotel is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or families ready to enjoy the adventures of Patagonia!

Pura Hotel was an amazing experience. I felt like home, literally. It’s a new hotel at Coyhaique and that’s perfect. Not in the city centre, located in the hills of the city with a wonderful peaceful neighbours. It’s the perfect spot to rest and be in the nature. The deco is awesome, all new and the service is perfect. Small hotel and very cosy that gives you an individual service according to your needs and wishes. The Breakfast is marvellous and prepared to each guest. They don’t have diner service but they prepare small things for you to eat to avoid move to the centre.
降落在智利巴尔马塞达机场后，我们租了一辆汽车，准备开始沿着南部高速公路行驶。第一家酒店 Pura Hotel，宏伟、迷人的地方，漂亮的木头和玻璃房子，非常舒适，待遇也很好。我们只住了一晚，但还想多住几晚。
