Hotel was great! Parking was horrible! I paid to park in the hotel’s parking lot. You receive a hanging pass when you pay to park in their lot. Well, when we got back, there was a party going on up stairs. Over 75% of the lot had cars with NO passes. We told the receptionist about it, and she told us to park in the lot next door. No call was made to remove or ticket these cars. So a paying guest staying at the hotel and who paid to utilize the hotel’s parking lot was told to park next door.

It was easy to find and there was parking right behind the hotel. Front desk person greeted us every time we came in. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large.

这是我第二次入住这家酒店。第一次是2024年4月,为了参观路易斯安那州立大学(LSU)。当时住得很愉快,并计划以后再来。2025年8月搬家时,我们选择了Indigo酒店(也在市中心),只是想换个地方。2025年9月,我们又回到Origin酒店度周末。哇……从2024年4月到2025年9月,真是令人大失所望。
酒店整体看起来并不干净……房间的浴室明显不干净,而且很破旧。马桶里甚至还有个水垢。淋浴房的玻璃门上积满了皂垢。(这两处都很难拍照)房间整体也显得很陈旧。房间光线昏暗,再加上房间本身就很暗,再加上到处都是破旧和不干净的痕迹……感觉很不好。
前台服务人员毫无热情。
酒吧服务人员缺乏热情。
奇怪的是,在家庭周末,餐厅晚上7点就关门了,酒吧晚上9点也关门了。所以,我们只好去了附近的Watermark酒店,吃了顿夜宵,喝了点酒。Watermark的酒吧员工?热情好客!
友好又健谈。
我本可以向员工反映这些问题,但考虑到几次接触,我觉得他们根本不会关心或体谅。所以我们只好硬着头皮继续待下去。
除非巴吞鲁日所有的酒店都客满,否则我们绝不会再去Origin了。
这家酒店维护得很差,而且奇怪的是,停车场明明满了,他们却不提供停车位。不过,我在楼前找到了一个代客泊车的地方,还好没问题。房间很脏,淋浴门上有污渍,而且淋浴间里没有肥皂。总而言之,体验很差,除了开车路过之外,我不会推荐任何人去巴吞鲁日。
第二天他们没有打扫我们的房间。我住酒店是为了放松和玩乐,回来后能享受干净的房间和干净的毛巾。如果我想自己打扫房间和洗衣服,我会租露营车或者租民宿。退房时他们告诉我他们隔天才打扫一次房间。我告诉他们,如果入住前他们告诉我这一点,我就不会住了。
我住的房间空调好像坏了。后来我换了个房间,结果空调还是坏了。没睡好。
房间干净整洁,装饰精美。酒店餐厅的食物非常美味!
