It was a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes. Nothing but news channels on the tv. The front desk lady couldn’t answer any of my questions. We were supposed to stay 8 more days at the end of the month when coming back from our cruise. We canceled and booked a different hotel for when we get back. We will be visiting our kids when we get back.

You have to pay 100 deposits and youll get it back right away if you pay cash the bed was either new or extra firm either way not the ideal bed for me no shampoo or conditioner

Things break frequently and it takes a long long time for repair. No communication with both staff members and guests I had a water leak in my bathroom and it flooded my room the guy that worked there gave me towels to clean it up. This went on for three days
