You can't bother keeping a few rolls of quarters on hand? It's unforgivable to thereby force patrons to use plastic, and simultaneously cover your bank charges on e-commerce. Petty greed like this is a huge turn-off, especially when the products on offer are already priced shockingly high.

Registration staff burped loudly in my face, during checking, no appologies. Room was partialy clean. Hair in sink and on sheets. Very noisy, can hear next rooms conversations and tv just like is was in my room.

The staff was 5 stars all the way.
The room was clean but had many issues as follows,
Lighting was poor
Kitchenette was basically useless with no way to utilize it.
The iron was in bad shape
The bathroom had many issues, no exhaust vent fan, the door had to be propped open, toilet paper holder was missing, shower drain cover wasn't attached, support for the floor of the shower unit was lacking, water valve wasn't secured and was flopping around. The wash basin drain was completely open allowing small items into the drain.
The location was good and we did sleep well but this room needs a lot of attention. I am apprehensive on another stay at this particular location.

This was a very nice Motel 6. The 3 star rating due to hard mattress and hard flat pillows.

Staff was not helpfull. Requested a handicap accessible near the elevator for my disabled sil and got a room across the the building. Was very hard for her to have to walk to the other side of the building. It didnt help much when the worker said to put her on the luggage cart and roll her to the room. Very unprofessional..
