The hotel is quit nice. It is a little outside the city but quiet and peaceful. The rooms are big and spacious with great food and even greater hospitality. Mr. Salim is an excellent host and also upgraded my category of the room. Loved my 1 day stay here.

We recently had a large family get-together at Arco Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. As non resident Kashmiris, we weren’t sure what to expect and didn’t know much about other places in the area, but we were completely blown away. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the staff made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. It was the perfect setting for our gathering, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

we like their hospitality and eagerness to serve.I would like a special mention of sameer ali.he is such a helpful person always ready with a smile. we would definitely recommend your hospitality to our friends.they specially provided jain meal on request.sameer readily made available whatever we asked for like icecream or fresh tea. room service was always prompt. on the whole it was a pleasant experience
