Home to Studios, Tv is terrible, no fitness room as advertised, had to clean hair off floor of bathroom. Big fridge furniture looks decades old. I won't stay here again. Tiles missing on elevator floor. I'll send you a picture of the bathtub.

Just keep driving, which is exactly what we should have done. If we didn’t have 4 exhausted children under 5 we would have left. The rooms were not clean, mold in the showers, hair in the fridge, and the ac didn’t work in either room. The entire hotel smelled musty and mildewed and of ****. There wasn’t a vending machine that worked, much less gave your money back. There were people standing around outside at all hours. It was just overall a terrible experience.

The Direct TV was out for the entire stay and was obviously out days before I arrived. The room was dirty, the phone broken, all buttons torn of the face, and the staff didn't seem to care enough to even say 'good morning' or acknowledge my presence. The frig was cold and the shower was hot and the bed was clean.

Their we bugs in the room and the floors were dirty like they hadent been cleaned in weeks
We had to put everything in plastic bags 🎒 so roches don't get in our cloths and we took them home with us. We felt we should of gotten all our money back due to this nasty problem but we didnt. We wont fo back to this hotal again and we'd not recommend it to any one inless the want to carry bugs back home. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ON THIS TRIP. NEXT TRIP I'LL STAY WIRH MY SISTER. I WOULD OF STAYED WITH HER THIS TIME BUT MY HUSBAND HAS MEDICAL ISSUES AND CANT WALK UP STEP'S.BUT NO MORE HOTAL AGAIN THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US.

The property was rundown. Looked nothing like the photos online. We did not feel comfortable, so we left. We did not end up staying there. We turned our key in and found a different place to stay.

It was dingy, run down, and smelled terrible. On top of that we found dead bugs in the sheets. We were booked for 2 nights and when we checked out early & asked for a refund of the second night, they tried to refute the request. Request still ongoing but the result won’t change my assessment. Management wasn’t even shocked or apologetic when we told him about the bugs!

Well they didn’t have breakfast. They had coffee but lukewarm. So that should be removed on listing. The phone didn’t work. The remote on tv didn’t work they gave a different one and you couldn’t change volume or shut tv off with it. There were ice on sides and back of fridge. WiFi was terrible.

Extra lock has been removed from room door. "No room service needed" tags. Housekeeping rolled towels back up and put them back in the towel rack. Showerhead was held up with ponytale holders on a wall hook. Trash on the floor. Iron, but no ironing board. No coffee maker. No paper towels next to the sink. Room smelled like mildew.

This was a last-minute action. Im not sure as to the reason for the misleading advertisement, but i can attest to the fact of this property being an underwhelming experience. I wont fall for this again.
