I made a reservation, I had a family emergency,tried to cancel it and did not receive a refund

A No Go!
There were roaches in the room and the room stunk really bad too. It smelled stale and stagnant.

We stayed here for 2 nights, during which we were inundated with the smell of **** as soon as we entered the building, we heard multiple domestic disputes, the building itself is a long term rental facility for residents that we were not informed of until we checked in. We were provided a single roll of toilet paper and only 2 towels, when we went to request more toilet paper we were told they were out. Residents did not follow quiet time rules.

There was no key to the room so we were told to call the desk to lock up each time we wanted to leave the room. There was no water or handles for the bathroom shower.

我们的房间位于一楼，旁边是一扇上锁的外门。房间很棒，但是，我们房间旁边的上锁外门经常被打开，任何人都可以进入。我问前台这是否是正常程序。他们说不是，但没有采取措施确保门没有被打开。我进入酒店时会关上门去我的房间，但几分钟后，门又被打开了。发生这种情况时，我感觉不太安全，尤其是在晚上。
