There are many hotels right in this area to select from, we're so glad we picked this hotel! Not only was it clean and front desk staff was kind and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was delicious, what makes this hotel stand out even more than those positives is Annette! Annette is the day-maker who was keeping the breakfast buffet up and running. She takes a minute to meet each of the guests, introducing herself and asking about you, offers to assist with any breakfast requests, all with the most fabulous and genuine smile! It truly felt like Annette and the front desk staff we encountered truly cared about our experience. Thank you!

The sausage didn't seem cooked. The staff didnt seem to be able to help in an early checkout as the beds were so hard that we couldn't sleep and woke up stiff and sore. Also, kids were running through the hall, banging on doors after midnight. We told the employee but they did nothing to make up for
The issues and we had to wait for the manager for almost 2 hours just to check out.

The manager put us on the 4th floor because they put the families there for a tournament on the 1 thru 3rd floors. THANK YOU

The only problem I had was that I could hear everything above me, every single footstep so I had to turn on my sound app on my phone in order to sleep. The hotel is very clean and has nice decor but if you’re a light sleeper be prepared.
