The front desk crew were EXCELLENT ! Louisa was so friendly ! As a single woman travelled safety is paramount . I loved that the front doors were locked later in the evening; a front desk person had to buzz you in . A PLUS in my book . The BED !!!! A wow . VERY comfortable . Room very clean as was the whole hotel . Good hot coffee ready when I went out and convenient . I will absolutely stop in again . I'm sure the road construction will be finished soon .

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff was super friendly and checked-in on us several times to make sure our stay was good, and the room was bigger and better then I expected.

Lots of shopping in the area, several restaurants and coffee shops within a mile or two. Gonzales was a stopping point for us in route to Florida and it was perfect for that. Front desk was understaffed, but the staff working was great.

A lot of stores in area but they was doing road work so it was a lil confusing at first.

They only thing is there is a lot of road construction at the time we came that part was horrible. The hotel itself was great.

1. Forgot a pair of designer boots in room after check out, called hotel, nobody knows. We are not sure if the maid took them or front desk took them.
2. When check out ask for a receipt, was told will email you. Never got that email.
3. When check in was assigned the worst room with so much noise.
