We enjoyed our stay. The two things I would mention: 1) had a lot of trouble with the WiFi and 2) I wish you had a small coffee / espresso stand for breakfast like the one in the Scottsdale AC hotel. Thank you to all of the hard-working staff!

It was fairly new and modern with a different look but I did not get that Wow factor when I walked into the hotel. Lobby was sizable and it was close to the event that my husband had to go to. Shopping area was also walkable. There were a lot of restaurants near by outside of the hotel.

Checked in late and even though hotel was not full they put me in a handicap accessible room. I was too tired to back and ask to move.

Didn’t love the bed. Didn’t find it to be comfortable. Too hard and I don’t prefer feather pillows.

Great modern hotel, awesome bartender, ok breakfas
The Hotel is beautiful, and very modern. Service was excellent. Loved the bartender on the evening shift. The “European breakfast” was just ok- Italian dry meats, cheese, pastries, and yogurt. I have celiac disease, so it was limited what I could eat. They have one dish on the menu that was gluten-free, a kind of mini egg casserole. It was greasy and just soso. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was great.

Good area next to St Johns Town Center. Noise from above due to no carpet in rooms. Front desk was not professional in discussing another guest who asked for room to be cleaned in the afternoon. Put it on walkie talkiie at one point. Stated that the staff had gine home for day. Then I saw 2 staff on our floor. Will not return.with GM.

This is a lovely newer hotel. Nice amenities, nice location within St John’s Town Center. Only complaint is you can hear people walking in the room overhead. Sounds like they may fall thru the ceiling.

Wonderful hotel! Location and staff are great. I’ve stayed here before and it was great.
This time was good too, except there was some kind of flooding problem in the hallway outside our room. There were wet floor signs when we checked in, but no noticeable water.
Overnight was a different story. Fans and vacuums all night in the hallway outside our door. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. We checked out at 3 or 4 in the morning since we were awake already. Outside our door we found a a carpeted hallway so soaked with water there were actual large puddles on top. Thankfully it didn’t seep into the room. I don’t know why we were given a room in an area with a known maintenance issue, I can only hope the other floors were full and we were only staying for one night. A heads up would have been nice at least.
As is, we would stay here again. The rooms are nice, as is the location. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Every other visit has been perfect. Hopefully this feedback will be useful to management, it is apparent they do care about guest experience.

The room was great. Clean and had everything one would need. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
