The hotel was good … but due to black out declared by local authorities… we had no power on our first night … We had a booking for two days …. 08 to 10th May …we left on 09 May early morning due to local unstable conditions without breakfast … we are seeking a REFUND OF ONE DAY…

Very nice hotel in proximity to Mall Road and Gandhi Chowk. Service and Food quality is great. Staff is humble and cooperative. Parking available but needs to be improved.

I would like to recommend this hotel with pleasent stay, best room ambience with necessary items. Staff is also so responsive and for family stay also it will be so best. Another thing I would like to mention is, You will feel safe from party crowd I mean sometimes being with family if we find drinking crowd we feel unsafe at that place

Fantastic experience with the hotel mountain View Dalhousie Visited here first time and verything was in top notch here there was no problem at all we were very hapy with the rooms and food and top class service Special thanks to Raj and anil for serving well. Live to visit again
