Hotel good but check out poor
Nice hotel and stay however, terrible check out process due to unprofessional and archaic staff member who caused issues. I checked out early as I had flight to catch and left my elderly parents at hotel so they could have breakfast. I settled the bill before leaving and had verbal confirmation from reception both rooms bill was settled as this was important to me. However as reception did not do their job properly the hotel staff then challenged my parents saying bill was not settled causing them undue stress. I was called at airport by my parents and then desperately trying to sort out issue before catching my flight.

Staff was very nice and helpful. But hotel had three times electricity failure which was unexpected. Lots of noise due to Amera Garden marriage palace next to hotel. DJ was on till early morning hours.

房间干净整洁，服务很好，如果需要在阿姆利则机场搭乘飞机前住一晚，这里非常值得推荐。
我们明明有已确认的预付酒店订单，但却被告知必须向酒店付款。值班经理的态度非常不配合，他让我们去和第三方订房网站沟通，说这不关他的事。这彻底毁了我们在阿姆利则的住宿体验。最终为了避免不必要的麻烦，我们还是付了钱。
房间打扫得不干净。杯子上还有污渍。早餐主要以南印度风味为主，种类比较基本。饮用水瓶也不干净，我已经和服务员提过了，但他们什么也没做，还让我自己去买饮用水。
员工很棒，酒店也很漂亮。
