They do not care about the customers.. During the night they open the Geyser which sounds horrible and disturbed us till 10:45 PM due to which we couldn't sleep and this starts again in the morning at 5:30 AM...This hotel is one of the worst hotel in Kodaikanal and the kitchen is so dirty that we regret ordering from there ..So unhygienic that you wouldn't order anything ever...Worst hotel less staff no hospitality...

Excellent stay, we booked 2 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious, clean, have a balcony and also the management is helpful. There are enough parking lots also.

The hotel is well maintained. With ample parking slots. Clean sheets and well maintained rooms. Hot water facility is available all through the day. Peaceful surrounding that is safe for family stay. Reception staff are helpful. We trusted Makemytrip recommendation regarding the facility and booked it. We are happy with the stay and recommendation of MMT.

Although the hotel is located in prime place, room service and particularly the food/breakfast is horrible, medu bada was half fried, sabhar had no salt, sabji tasteless. If you order any alacarta, have to wait a long time, pest control required in dining area.

The hotel is located quite near to the main market and kodaikanal bus stop.
It's an old and popular property. The rooms are spacious and the balcony view from our room was spectacular.
However, there were dampness spots in the ceiling of the room.
The breakfast was okay. Idly and Vada were good rest things ordinary.
They have kept water containers in the floor lobby so that anyone can fill water in their bottles.
The additional mattress if required comes with a nice foldable bed.
The service is slightly slow. Else it's one of the best property in this price range in kodaikanal.

It's an average property but conveniently located, just 300 metres from Kodai lake and 1 km from bus stand but poor service, food served in the room after 2 hours, dirty towel

The hotel don't have a single room which is perfect have been keep changing rooms everyday for some or the other problems power failure cleanliness gysor not working no hot water even towel also is not a fresh one used towel was provided highly unhappy
