Certainly, here's some very bad feedback: swimming pool cleanliness: "the swimming pool was absolutely filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were leaves, bugs, and who knows what else floating in the water. It was disgusting and completely ruined any desire to swim" poor room service: "the room service here is a joke. It took them forever to bring anything we asked for, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tasted terrible. The staff seemed completely disinterested and couldn't be bothered to provide decent service. It was a huge disappointment" games zone services: "the games zone was a complete waste of time. Few of the games were broken, and the ones that did work were so old and outdated that they weren't even fun to play. The staff in the games zone were nowhere to be found, so there was no one to ask for help or assistance. It was a total letdown and a complete waste of money"

Location and food is the best but reseption person nature is too much bad his say you are married, resort not allow unmarried then after conform we seat 3 hour on reception but that person not give me room like say karva ta hu karvaya hu

Our stay at la casa resort was pleasant. The staff was very cooperative, we had a good time. The pool is good, we were super satisfied with the la casa resort team
