Paper-thin walls & ceilings. We could clearly hear the TV from the adjacent room play ALL NIGHT through checkout. The guests above had quite the full room but at least they settled down by about 1 AM. Even though this is an extended stay, there are no real amenities in the room. No coffee maker, no dishes/silverware and the bathroom had no washcloths. Not terribly clean, either. There were food stains on a leg of a chair that dripped onto the floor and bits of stuff & whatnot under the bed. We thought that since this was a newish hotel that at it might be...nice? No, but at least the front desk was. Will ~NOT~ be staying here again. Just...wow. 2 stars for friendly front desk. One star otherwise.

There was a squatter in our room and check in and there were no other available rooms so we had to go to another hotel at 1:00 AM. The front desk person didn’t do a single thing to make the situation better. He made us try to get into the room which was locked from the inside. I am expecting a full refund for this disastrous experience!!!

Absolutely horrible!!!
The elevator was out of service the whole weekend. Although the room was comfortable, the shower overflowed into the living space. When I called down to the front desk to let them know, they said that they would bring up a mop so that I, the guest, could clean it up. When I told the front desk person that it was not my job to clean up something that was there fault I was met with incredulity and attitude. I guess lucky for me. The person that I was with was a little bit more empathetic the front desk person left the mop and some gloves and said to just ring the Mop out in the toilet and she would come up and get it later. Not only will I not stay at this place again but I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Absolutely horrible.

Hallways smell like smoke. The room next door was loud and was fighting all hours of the night. The stairway smelled like trash from people leaving trash in there. Also a lot of people hanging outside drinking and smoking.

I did not have any issues with my room and check in was pretty smooth until the lady told me the elevator was out of service and my room would be on the 3rd floor and here I am with bags a suitcase and a 10 month old baby and stroller and no kind service or help was offered. I asked how long would the elevators be out of service and it was an I don't know and that was it. There was an odor throughout the hallways at times but in my room everything appeared pretty decent and clean. The area seem pretty safe had no concerns for safety.

Elevator wasn't working. I had to walk up to the 4th floor with my cooler, drinks and luggage.
Stairways were dirty and only one security camera on the 1st floor.

在这里住了13晚。性价比高的住宿,房间里有很好的烹饪设施(需要向酒店租用厨房设备)。前台工作人员也很愉快。
