The premises is new and well furnished. Staff are well responsive and restaurant food and room service is also good. There is a decent mall nearby with a kids entertainment centre too.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Bedsheets were not changed. We had to ask for everything which was complimentary like dental kit, water, coffee, tea powders etc. Worst experience where we needed to ask fr everything whereas it's a part of the room rent paid and mind you it was not a cheap room at the local standards Horrible.

Location not good, service is poor. I was not communicated on the complementary breakfast timing when i reached the restaurant i got the information that it closed at 9am! and they have the mercy to give me the breakfast when i made the complaint that i am not updated on this. Though the hotel staff had the courtesy to remind on the breakfast time i got the call at 10. 40 and they inform me that check out time is 11am. Finally at the time of billing usually received the bill for the amount paid during booking however staff inform me that they can't issue the bill as they got the amount less( deducting margin) finally got the bill approx 800 less than what actually paid

I highly recommend this hotel and pleasant stay. Neat and clean each and every corner. The food is also awesome and the front office and restaurant staff are very polite and friendly. I am really happy to stay in this hotel and next time also i recommend

The staff here are very polite. They provide healthy and tasty food, the interiors of the room are next level. They even provide taxi or auto when we ask them to and we had a short and sweet stay here without any insecurity. Its really surprising that all the amenities are at a higher level than any other hotel. There is a lot of parking space available for any travellers to come and enjoy their trip as well as stay. At the end all is well.
