the room is soo small. paying for a room like this is not worth it at all. moreover the food was terrible which I ordered.

The hotel is situated suitably and easy to find.Newly constructed rooms so well maintained and hygienic but bathrooms are too small and reception area totally misleading.Staff not cordial at all and gave uncovered plastic water bottle when asked for water at 11 at night.Dining area staff also not helpful.No dinner option here for inviting.

Allow me to inform you of my experience. The photos of the hotel are amazing but do not be fooled. They are clicked in perfect lighting and edited. The building is old and falling apart. The shower and bidet have rust on it and the water does not spill properly due to the rust on it. Reserve a king room and get two twins combined into one king and made uncomfortable due to gap.
I attempted t check in at 7am, I am aware it is very early. I came in Karan said have a seat and make yourself comfortable. After 35 minutes of being comfortable, I asked any update, he said no rooms ready. I am a front office manager and understand the process. I said you can inform me that in the beginning but it was the change of overnight shift and Karan was completing his tasks before handing over his shift to his colleague Shahzheb.
Shahzheb said let me take a copy of your ID and when you come back in the evening the room will be ready. I asked why did Karan not take an ID copy they both just smiled which I did not understand.
In the evening when I came back the oversmart Shahzheb asked my partner to fill out her details and she got stuck at her pincode as she has not lived in India in the last 8 years. Shahzheb said let me get your ID copy for you that can help you remember your pin code/zip code. I did not understand the rudeness or was he trying to be funny bit it came across as obnoxious.
Both Shahzeb and Karan were horrible and need to be taught basic manners and customer service.

Location through google maps is not good. Food is ok, room area described and actual given room not match. Breakfast service waiters are very slow.

They did not share the physical bill citing printer not working. Reception person wasn't so cooperative.
