I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, largely due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the General Manager. Instead of ensuring a pleasant stay for guests, the GM displayed a terrible attitude, showing a complete lack of concern for customer service. When I raised valid concerns about my stay, the GM was dismissive and unwilling to address the issues. Rather than listening and offering solutions, they were condescending and unhelpful, making me feel as if my concerns were irrelevant. Their lack of professionalism set a terrible example for the rest of the staff, who also seemed indifferent to guest satisfaction. A hotel's General Manager should prioritize hospitality and guest experience, but this one did the exact opposite. Their arrogance and unwillingness to accommodate even the most basic requests made my stay frustrating and unpleasant. It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this hotel, and management has no interest in improving the experience for guests. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value good service and respect. There are many other hotels where management actually cares about their guests, and I regret choosing this one. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this venue. The staff, especially the so called gernal manager Kamal, was rude and uncooperative. he is very unprofational .he demand his cut in cash for discount .I would not recommend this place for any event.

We had a comfortable stay at Tethys, the rooms have good space and beautiful interiors to the room, the electrical switches were a bit confusing, the water heater works only in the morning so if you are travelling in winters, get done with your bath in the morning itself. Staff is nice and courteous. Otherwise a delightful stay

Greetings for the day! We stayed here in this beautiful resort for three days. Stay was very good staff ..staff is very good humble and professional. Room is very good and spacious. Nice new hotel at a very peaceful place, great service, food was awesome, chef did some local cuisine which was awesome, morning we had great parathas, with home farm grown vegetables ... you must try the same. We were also given an upgrade as there were room available .. overall a very beautiful experience with this stay ... 💕 💖 ❤️
