Absolutely splendid service amazing stay. The staff is very friendly, cooperative and compassionate. What an amazing architecture highlight of the property is the pool and cleanliness and good hospitality. Lisa Jeff and Sunil were great

The hotel is clean, very well located, and safe for female travellers. There’s taxi services close by and lots of food spots. Value for money!

Will straight away get into the pros and cons of the property: Pros: Conveniently located in Vagator, North Goa. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Happening places also not far from the hotel. The beach is nearby at around 1.2 km or 10-15 min walk. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed was good. The air conditioning was great and had a comfortable sleep. Staff courteous. In particular, Altaf was nice and helpful. Nice, large swimming pool. The food was generally good. There is a gym, which is very basic, but functional. Cons: It’s not a five star property. More like a four star. It is a franchise of Ramada and not Ramada run. Property not very spacious. The swimming costume and hygiene discipline was not maintained in the pool. People get in wearing all sorts of cloth and without washing themselves prior to getting in. Loud Bollywood music was played on the poolside throughout the day which was causing annoyance as the rooms were not soundproof. The crowd is mostly North Indian so they don’t mind. If your idea of vacation is staying at a quiet hotel, maybe you want to consider other options. Breakfast spread could have been better. Non veg items were limited to chicken sausages and eggs only. No bacon or no chicken stew. Overall a good place but there are better options available in Goa for the price.

-：主要缺点是服务很糟糕： 1. 当我们等待办理入住时，他们甚至没有提供一杯水，总的来说，他们对待我们的方式尽可能令人窒息； 2. 注册过程本身就花了很多时间，每张护照扫描都需要10分钟，虽然我们提前提出了，但他们拒绝了！ 3.房间还没准备好，三个人住，3个人付了预订费！但与此同时，没有床，没有毛巾，什么都没有供第三人入住，打电话时我们被告知房间已准备好容纳两个人，呃，你如何登记三个人并将他们放在两个人的房间里...... 。他们真的把床拆掉了，他们告诉我们，为什么你现在需要它？ （该死的明天可没有了）而且一般来说那里已经没有多少空间了，所以我不得不到处跑。 4.淋浴间的3/4瓶子（洗发水、护发素和肥皂）是空的（我们不得不单独要求更换）； 5.整个泳池只有4张日光浴床和2把椅子，明显少于酒店的人数； 6.没有阳台，窗户打不开，根本没有地方可以晾东西，这对于海滩酒店来说很奇怪；
还有一些细微差别：他们不允许送货到酒店，也不会送到你的房间，你必须跺着脚走到门口；酒店规定禁止自己喝饮料和在泳池边吃东西（只能从他们那里购买）；
果阿 5 次访问中最美味的早餐。酒店的餐厅服务处于同一水平，Nana 会满足您的任何需求，并提供当地美食的新菜品。在接待处，所有问题都会得到平静且乐于助人的解决。位置很棒。
